RANSPORT:

All shipments within the EEC will be made via Chronopost Internacional. The goods will be for the risk of the Consignee from the moment they are delivered to the Carrier. We decline all responsibility for delays in delivery, loss or theft.

The condition and content of the package should be verified on reception, stating acceptance with reservations in writing on the delivery slip if necessary.

Claims relating to the quality of the goods shall be made within a maximum time of 3 days from reception, except in the case of any litigation with the Carrier.

For shipments to non-member countries of the EEC the same terms apply and transport will be made via the French postal service ( “LA POSTE“) by the Economy service.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Spain and rest of the EEC : By international credit card: Visa, Master Card, Eurocard. Payment is made directly to a banking institution (www.bancagricol.ad) and no number whatsoever will pass through our website or through “Cicles Dandy”.

Andorra : By international credit card:  Visa, Master Card, Eurocard, La Clau, Principat. Payment is made directly to a banking institution (www.bancagricol.ad) and no number whatsoever will pass through our website or through “Cicles Dandy”.

DELIVERY TIME:

Spain: 4 working days

EEC:     6/7 working days

Outside the EEC: 10/20 days depending on country

Andorra : 24 hours

Delivery times are subject to the availability of the articles ordered.

CANCELLATION:

No returns will be accepted after the order has been recorded by our offices and payment has been made.

In the event of an authorisation to return goods, the handling, transport, banking and customs expenses will incur a deduction of 5 to 15% of the value of the order for the Customer’s account, save error on our part.

WARRANTY:

Limited warranty for replacement if the part is acknowledged to be defective by the manufacturer. Shipping expenses in and out and labour (disassembly and replacement) will be for the Customer’s account.

The articles we offer comply with the EEC regulations in force.

DISPUTES:

Any dispute that cannot be resolved in a friendly way will be submitted to the exclusive competence of the Courts of Andorra.
